AGPM and Banyan Development Group's, philosophy is simple: build communities we’re proud to stand behind. Funding 

Since 2017, BDG has procured funding for over 13 different LIHTC (both 9% and SAIL 4%) and HOME developments.  BDG / AGPM continue to build a significant pipeline of future new construction developments on existing land owned by AGPM and/or through new land acquisitions.

Strategy

BDG / AGPM's strategy is centered on developing premium-quality affordable housing products throughout Florida and maintaining a long-term hold on the asset.  The strategy aims to capitalize on the strong fundamentals that exist within the state of Florida and seeks to provide outsized returns and yields otherwise not available in other markets.

Homes Built

Over 2,000 residential home constructed since 2017.

Currently in various stages of design and construction on 6 new construction developments throughout Florida.
