Banyan Reserve is a 100% senior affordable housing development, with 90% of the units set-aside for residents earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI) and 10% of the units set-aside for residents earning 45% or less of the AMI. The development was financed with 4% LIHTC, MMRB, SAIL and NHTF sources of funding through a partnership with the City of Lakeland, Lakeland CRA, and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
