Headquartered in Orlando, Fl - AGPM, LLC operates premier multifamily and commercial assets in high-growth/demand markets throughout the country. Through the specialized acquisition of general partnership and investor limited partnership interests, as well as the acquisition of debt secured by distressed rental apartment communities, AGPM's founders have acquired, developed, renovated, and managed over 47,000 residential units throughout the country.
From due diligence and asset modeling, to operations and asset management; we are focused on enhancing value across our portfolio through comprehensive operational oversight and strategic deployments of capital to ensure that our assets are best-in-class multifamily products.
Our affiliate (Banyan Development Group, LLC) specializes in new-construction communities primarily concentrated throughout Florida. Our second affiliate (Poplar Development Group, LLC) was recently formed to expand capabilities into the affordable housing preservation space; including new acquisitions throughout the Southeastern United States.
