Our Process

REVIEW

Our Recruiting Committee and Human Resources group will review applications to screen

for a variety of criteria, experience, and certifications.

VIDEO CONFERENCE

Selected candidates are asked to attend a video conference with a member of AGPM's Recruiting Committee or Human Resources to discuss the role and overall qualifications.

DEMONSTRATION

Selected candidates will be asked to meet the Hiring Manager on-site, tour the asset in order to experience the operation, and perform screening exercises in order to demonstrate proficiency in the role/position.

OFFER

AGPM will make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role and company.  We will maintain other candidates' records for future roles/positions that they may be qualified for.

ELIGIBILITY CHECK

Following an accepted offer, AGPM Human Resources will verify employment history, professional references, and certifications.  Background, drug, and motor vehicle checks will be performed as well.
