Our latest aerial photos show incredible progress at the Kissimmee construction site. Where foundations once marked the footprint of what was to come, multi-story buildings are now rising from the ground, giving us our clearest look yet at the future of this new affordable senior community.
From Foundations to Floors
Construction at Woodlock Manor has moved into an exciting new stage. Structural walls, framing, and additional floors are now visible across the site, bringing scale and dimension to a project that, not long ago, existed primarily through plans and artist renderings (shown below).
Connected to the Heart of Kissimmee
Woodlock Manor’s location continues to be one of its greatest advantages.
Situated just off South Orange Blossom Trail and directly across from the Poinciana SunRail Station, the community will offer residents convenient access to transportation and connections throughout Central Florida.
Nearby shopping, dining, recreation, and services will complement a location designed to make everyday life easier while helping residents maintain their independence.
180 Homes Designed for Senior Living
Woodlock Manor is being developed in two phases, ultimately bringing 180 apartment homes to the Kissimmee senior community.
Phase One will include 80 homes:
28 studio apartments
41 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments
11 two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences
Phase Two will add 100 additional homes:
36 studio apartments
50 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments
14 two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences
Each home is being thoughtfully planned with comfort, functionality, and independent living in mind.
More Than a Place to Live
The vision for Woodlock Manor extends well beyond the apartment homes themselves.
Residents will have spaces designed to encourage activity, connection, and relaxation, including:
