Located in Lake Worth, FL - Banyan Court is BDG's/AGPM's first new-construction multifamily development project. Completed in June 2019, Banyan Court is a garden-style development with 90% of the units set-aside for residents at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and 10% of the units set-aside for residents at or below 35% of the AMI. The project was financed through 4% LIHTC, MMRB, SAIL and SHIP funding sources. Our partners on the deal include the City of Lake Worth, Palm Beach County, and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
