AGPM proudly announces the acquisition of Calvary Trace, a 92-unit affordable housing community in Raleigh, NC. Built in 2015 and spanning nearly 10 acres, Calvary Trace offers 2- and 3-bedroom homes with modern amenities, including private patios, a fitness center, playgrounds, and more. This marks AGPM’s latest expansion into one of the nation’s fastest-growing markets.

At AGPM, we’re committed to creating safer, stronger communities. In partnership with The Treehouse Foundation, we hosted life-saving training for residents at Notre Dame Apartments in Miami. Led by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, the session taught CPR, AED use, and emergency response skills. Residents left confident, certified, and empowered to act in critical moments—proving that community is about more than housing, it’s about support.

Poplar Forest, the first phase of the Old Vineyard Development in Winston-Salem, is coming to life! With construction beginning in 2025, we’re unveiling 3D renderings of the community and detailed floor plans that highlight its family-friendly design. Orange Blossom Trail near Poinciana SunRail Station, the community is being built in two phases—Phase I with 80 units and Phase II with 100 units—featuring studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Residents will enjoy amenities like a clubhouse, fitness center, workspaces, and a pool. Construction timelines target completion by late 2026 and mid-2027.

In partnership with 15 Lightyears and Second Harvest Food Bank, over 100 families received essential groceries—bringing nourishment and care directly to their doorsteps. After 18 months of homelessness, a mother and her three children—one with medical needs—finally found a home through The Tree House Foundation and AGPM. With support from Executive Director Lindsay Brooke Sammons, the family now has stability, hope, and the resources they need to thrive. This powerful story reminds us that safe housing changes lives.
