Developed through a partnership between BDG and AGPM, with BDG leading development and construction and AGPM managing the community, Fern Grove offers 138 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes for seniors earning at or below 70% of the Area Median Income. With support from the City of Orlando, including a $1.3 million investment, the community helps address the growing need for affordable housing for older adults. Fern Grove Apartments goes beyond housing by offering essential supportive services such as literacy and computer training, 24-hour urgent support, and assistance with daily needs including housekeeping, grocery shopping, and laundry—creating a secure, welcoming environment where residents can live with dignity, stability, and peace of mind.
