Mariposa Grove Breaks Ground in Downtown Orlando

A new chapter for senior living in Downtown Orlando has officially begun.

We’re proud to announce the groundbreaking of Mariposa Grove, a thoughtfully designed high-rise community that will bring modern, affordable senior housing and vibrant energy to the heart of the city.

With construction now underway, what was once a vision is becoming reality—marking an exciting milestone for AGPM and the future residents who will soon call Mariposa Grove home.

A Community Designed for Connection

Mariposa Grove will rise as a senior multi-story high-rise community, blending residential living with active, street-level engagement.

The building will feature:

• Retail space on the first two floors, activating the surrounding neighborhood

• Residential apartments on floors 6 through 12, designed specifically for seniors

At the heart of the building, floor 6 will serve as a hub for connection and wellness, offering:

• A welcoming clubhouse
