Many will see this as a basic piece of land—countless cubic yards of dirt. We see it as a solution to an affordable housing crisis—especially for senior citizens on fixed incomes.

Every great community starts with a vision, and Woodlock Manor is that vision coming to life in Kissimmee, Florida. Located just off South Orange Blossom Trail, across from the Poinciana SunRail Station, this new development represents more than construction—it represents opportunity, independence, and belonging for Kissimmee’s senior residents.

Turning Groundwork into Growth

With lot clearing complete and work now underway to raise the site elevation, the foundation is being laid for a place where comfort and community will thrive. Soon, what was once empty land will become a neighborhood designed for seniors to live well, connect deeply, and age with dignity.

A First Look at What’s Ahead

We’re thrilled to share our 3D artist renderings, offering a glimpse of the future community—from the beautifully designed buildings to the inviting shared spaces that bring people together.

To complement the visuals, our 3D floor plans highlight the thoughtful layouts and accessible designs that will make every apartment feel like home.

A Prime Location with Endless Connection

Nestled in the heart of Central Florida, Woodlock Manor offers seniors exceptional convenience—whether catching the train at the nearby SunRail Station, visiting family, or exploring local dining and recreation. It’s a place that balances peace and activity, providing everything residents need within reach.

A Community in Two Phases

Woodlock Manor will grow in two phases, each carefully designed to meet the needs of active seniors seeking affordable, independent living.

Phase One:

  • 28 studios

  • 41 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments

  • 11 two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences

Phase Two:

  • 36 studios

  • 50 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments

  • 14 two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences

Each residence will blend comfort, energy efficiency, and thoughtful design—proof that affordable housing can be both functional and beautiful.

Designed for Wellness, Built for Connection

Residents will enjoy a suite of community amenities built to promote health, happiness, and connection:

  • A welcoming clubhouse for social gatherings

  • A fully equipped fitness center

  • Computer lab and dedicated workspaces

  • A sparkling swimming pool for exercise and relaxation

Together, these features foster an environment where seniors can thrive—physically, mentally, and socially.

A Legacy in the Making

At AGPM, we see more than dirt and blueprints—we see potential. Woodlock Manor is being built to serve, to empower, and to create lasting impact for Kissimmee’s senior community.

Stay tuned as this vision continues to take shape, transforming from land into legacy—one foundation, one home, one story at a time.

The idea of turning unused land into a supportive, community-centered living space is both practical and impactful. I especially liked how the post emphasized dignity, independence, and long-term value for residents, which makes the project feel genuinely community-driven. It also reminded me of a related discussion I saw on a review blog https://the915lawyer.com/, which highlighted how thoughtful development projects can shape stronger communities over time. A very encouraging and well-presented article.

This was a very inspiring article about building something meaningful for the senior community. The journey from land to legacy was explained with great clarity, and it highlights how thoughtful planning can create lasting value for future generations. I recently read a similar perspective on a review blog, and https://www.sherwaytrilliumdental.ca/ was mentioned there in the context of community-focused services and long-term care values. It’s always refreshing to see projects that prioritize people and purpose so well.
