National CORE is leading the development and construction of this beautiful community. AGPM will handle the pre-leasing and stabilized operations at Oak Park Senior Living. Currently, the community is still under construction with TCO expected in the next several months. We are thrilled to announce that pre-leasing is now underway for this thoughtfully designed affordable housing community for adults aged 62 and older.
Located at 3875 E. Michigan Avenue, Oak Park Senior Living has been carefully planned to provide more than just housing—it will offer a vibrant environment where seniors can live independently, stay active, and enjoy meaningful connections with their neighbors. The community will feature 144 affordable apartment homes for residents earning between 30% and 65% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
