Vendor
Opportunities
AGPM approved vendors help fuel our growth and share our vision of maintaining best-in-class multifamily and commercial products throughout the country. We seek to work with and partner with a broad array of qualified vendors who have the ability to scale their operations in tandem with our growth as a company.

AGPM is committed to partnering with certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs), Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs), and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs). We strongly encourage businesses that meet these certifications to apply for approved-vendor status with the company.

We are also strongly focused on partnering with newly-formed small businesses who are eager and willing to scale and grow their companies with the support of AGPM.
Vendor Approval Process
review
All vendors must undergo a review of references. This requirement may be waived for newly-formed, new businesses that are attempting to building a client-base that includes AGPM.
capability assessment
Upon review of new vendor applications, AGPM will coordinate a conference or in-person meeting with senior leaders or owners of companies to discuss scalability, capabilities and track-record.
insurance + financial
All vendors must provide proof of insurance that meets and/or exceeds AGPM's requirements for the specific types of services rendered. Additionally, financial capacity will be assessed by AGPM.
enrollment
Provided a vendor meets all AGPM vendor prequalification standards; AGPM will enroll the vendor into our national database, which will authorize the vendor to work at any/all AGPM managed properties.
