Operations Management Internship Program

Operations Management Internship Program

Interns will spend upwards to 10 weeks learning about every position within our operations division and what it takes to run premier, multimillion dollar commercial and residential developments.  Interns will meet residents, tour our award-winning communities, gain exposure to marketing/advertising solutions, financial management, vendor management, leasing operations, and sustainability measures.  Interns will quickly discover how our site-teams manage all aspects of the physical property.

Corporate Internship Program

We offer Corporate Internship Programs in Asset & Investment Management, Tax Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Service, Business Support Services, and Residential Community Social Services. During this 10-week program, Interns will gain experience through a hands-on approach with AGPM Department Leaders, as well as with our Executive Team handling real-world initiatives, projects, and decision-making that fuel responsible business growth and throughout the markets and territories that we operate in.  

Development & Acquisitions Internship Program

Development and Acquisitions Internship Program

Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with our development affiliates (Banyan Development Group and Poplar Development Group) on various development projects.  During this 10-week program, Interns will gain exposure to deal modeling/underwriting, due-diligence assessment, design and construction management, Regulatory Agreements, and investment structuring.  Interns will work with a close-knit team on underway new construction projects, as well as pipeline and future acquisition efforts.
