We’re excited to share the 3D renderings and floor plans for Tulip Commons, Phase II of the Old Vineyard Development in Winston-Salem. With construction beginning in 2025, this new community will feature 60 affordable housing units designed exclusively for seniors ages 55 and older. Thoughtfully planned with comfort, accessibility, and connection in mind, Tulip Commons offers a place where residents can truly thrive.

Backed by financing support through a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) application, Tulip Commons will also be built in partnership with WeaverCooke Construction, using the innovative semi-modular PASS™ system to ensure quality and efficiency.
