Jose Dones-Quintana

Jose Quintana is the Senior Director of Management Support Services at AGPM, and he is an award-winning, CAMT-certified professional development expert in the real estate industry. Jose began his career in real estate in 1985 as a Leasing Agent for a private owner of multifamily developments. In 1987, Jose relocated to Florida where he spent the next several years working outside of the industry in various managerial roles in sales. In 2001 he joined Tarragon Management, Inc. and spent the next 10 years in various roles ranging from Leasing & Occupancy Management to Director of Training and Professional Development.

In May 2010, Jose joined AGPM as the Director of Training and Professional Development – where he oversaw a robust training platform for AGPM associates nationally, which included onboarding and performance standardization for newly hired associates, promotion-based training to position recently elevated associates for success in their new roles, and business compliance-based training for all associates.

As AGPM grew, Jose assumed the role of Senior Director of Management Support Services – where he continues to oversee all training and development functions for AGPM associates nationally, in addition to overseeing all acquisition transition efforts, software/technology services and platforms, Websites, Media, and Special Projects.

Jose has served as the Tree House Foundation Board Chairman since 2012, he oversees the operational functions of the Tree House Foundation, Inc. across the AGPM national portfolio. AGPM partnered with Tree House to provide premier social services, special events, after-school, and various other forms of social programming to our communities throughout the United States.
