Dr. Angel Rafael Arroyo

Dr. Angel Arroyo serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for AGPM, LLC, Banyan Realty Advisors, and its affiliates (private companies). Dr. Arroyo’s expertise in commercial real estate is the result of over thirty years of sourcing, analyzing and negotiating the closing of real estate transactions valued in the billions of dollars on behalf of pension funds/institutional and private investors.

Dr. Arroyo has an Associate of Arts as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (BSBA) with majors in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Finance and International Business from Rollins College's Crummer School of Business, a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Additionally, he has a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Dr. Arroyo is a strong advocate of affordable housing, children’s education, and the State University System of Florida. Born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Dr. Arroyo is fully bilingual, speaking and writing fluently in English and Spanish.
