Nancy Koch | Director of Cash Management + AP

We’re proud to announce Nancy Koch’s promotion to Director of Accounts Payable & Cash Management. With over 15 years of experience in AGPM’s financial operations, Nancy has been instrumental in building AGPM’s Utilities Department, leading the implementation of AvidXchange, and enhancing financial controls and vendor relations. In her expanded role, she will continue overseeing accounts payable while taking on broader cash management responsibilities. Ivete Taylor | Accounting Manager

We’re proud to announce the promotion of Ivete Taylor to Accounting Manager at AGPM. With 3 years of experience with AGPM and over a decade of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and leadership, Ivete has played a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements across our national portfolio. She has led critical automation and process improvement efforts while fostering collaboration and strengthening internal procedures. Fatima Bonilla | Regional Manager 

AGPM is proud to announce the promotion of Fatima Bonilla to Regional Property Manager of our South Florida portfolio. With over 11 years experience with AGPM and a background in HOA operations and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She holds both CAM and real estate licenses and has consistently shown strong leadership and operational excellence. Her affordable housing journey began in 2014. Since joining AGPM, she’s earned several honors, including Outstanding Assistant Manager, Excellence in Compliance (2019), Above & Beyond (2021), and Property of the Year (2022). As Regional Property Manager, Fatima will continue to lead with dedication, support our teams, and strengthen the communities we serve.

Gloribel Acevedo | Area Manager 

AGPM is proud to announce the promotion of Gloribel to Area Manager for Central Florida. With over 24 years of experience with AGPM  she has supported numerous communities across Florida, including several successful lease-up projects in the Central Florida region. In her new role, Gloribel oversees a diverse portfolio of Tax Credit and Conventional properties. She brings extensive expertise in LIHTC and Section 8 Housing, reflecting her deep understanding of affordable housing operations and compliance.

Her strategic approach, marketing expertise, and strong understanding of compliance-driven housing set her apart.
