Nancy Koch | Director of Cash Management + AP
We’re proud to announce Nancy Koch’s promotion to Director of Accounts Payable & Cash Management. With over 15 years of experience in AGPM’s financial operations, Nancy has been instrumental in building AGPM’s Utilities Department, leading the implementation of AvidXchange, and enhancing financial controls and vendor relations. In her expanded role, she will continue overseeing accounts payable while taking on broader cash management responsibilities. Please join us in congratulating Nancy on this well-deserved achievement.
Ivete Taylor | Accounting Manager
We’re proud to announce the promotion of Ivete Taylor to Accounting Manager at AGPM. With 3 years of experience with AGPM and over a decade of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and leadership, Ivete has played a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements across our national portfolio. She has led critical automation and process improvement efforts while fostering collaboration and strengthening internal procedures. Ivete’s commitment to financial integrity and team development continues to support AGPM’s high standards and strategic growth.
Fatima Bonilla | Regional Manager
AGPM is proud to announce the promotion of Fatima Bonilla to Regional Property Manager of our South Florida portfolio. With over 11 years experience with AGPM and a background in HOA operations and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She holds both CAM and real estate licenses and has consistently shown strong leadership and operational excellence. Her affordable housing journey began in 2014. Since joining AGPM, she’s earned several honors, including Outstanding Assistant Manager, Excellence in Compliance (2019), Above & Beyond (2021), and Property of the Year (2022). As Regional Property Manager, Fatima will continue to lead with dedication, support our teams, and strengthen the communities we serve.
Gloribel Acevedo | Area Manager
AGPM is proud to announce the promotion of Gloribel to Area Manager for Central Florida. With over 24 years of experience with AGPM she has supported numerous communities across Florida, including several successful lease-up projects in the Central Florida region. In her new role, Gloribel oversees a diverse portfolio of Tax Credit and Conventional properties. She brings extensive expertise in LIHTC and Section 8 Housing, reflecting her deep understanding of affordable housing operations and compliance.
Emerald Reyes | Area Manager
AGPM is proud to announce Emerald Reyes as our new Area Manager. With 15 years of experience with AGPM, Emerald has consistently demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in property management. Throughout her career, she has earned numerous awards, including Leasing Manager of the Year and Company-wide Property Manager of the Year. Emerald is passionate about supporting her colleagues and helping teams elevate their properties to exceed AGPM’s high standards.
Nancy Ramos | Area Manager
AGPM is proud to announce the promotion of Nancy Ramos to Area Manager for the Charlotte and surrounding areas in North Carolina as well as South Carolina. With over 15 years with AGPM, she has successfully overseen multiple communities, supported on-site teams, and delivered exceptional experiences for both residents and property owners. Known for her strong leadership and hands-on approach, Nancy believes that thriving communities are built on relationships, reliability, and attention to detail. She leads with heart and purpose, ensuring every aspect of a property reflects care and pride.
Melanie Brito | Area Manager
AGPM is proud to announce the promotion of Melanie Brito to Area Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina region which is a growing target market for AGPM! With nearly 12 years of experience with AGPM, Melanie began her career as a leasing agent in Orlando, FL, and has since held numerous managerial roles in Tennessee, Indiana, and North Carolina. Her leadership and dedication make her a perfect fit to support AGPM’s communities across the region.
Alex Silva | Area Manager
AGPM is proud to announce the promotion of Alex Silva to Area Manager for the Central Florida region. Alex joined AGPM in April 2024 following a successful career with Greystar. As a key member of AGPM’s lease-up team, Alex led the successful openings of Fern Grove and Banyan East Town—achieving full occupancy at both communities within 30 days. Her strategic approach, marketing expertise, and strong understanding of compliance-driven housing set her apart. In her new role as Area Manager, Alex will continue building strong community partnerships and leading with energy, empathy, and excellence throughout the Central Florida portfolio.
Susana Castellanos | Property Manager
AGPM is proud to announce Susana Castellanos as Property Manager for Notre Dame and Teatro Marti in Miami. With over 8 years experience with AGPM, Susana has shown a strong commitment to serving our communities. With a background in Accounting and Psychology Research, and experience in accounting, marketing, research, and construction, she brings valuable skills to her role. Known for her problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building, Susana is passionate about helping residents thrive and is a vital part of the AGPM team.
Madisley Mesa | Property Manager
We’re proud to announce the promotion of Madisley Mesa to Property Manager at Calusa Cove and Richmond Pine in Miami, Florida. With over 3 years experience with AGPM Madisley has quickly distinguished herself through her dedication to learning the complexities of LIHTC housing and her strong leadership across two communities. With a background in Business Management and a clear passion for affordable housing, Madisley brings a deep commitment to her role, her team, and her continued growth with AGPM.
Carolina Bryan | Property Manager
We’re proud to announce the promotion of Carolina Bryan to Property Manager in Central Florida. Since joining AGPM, Carolina has been intimately involved with lease up efforts in the Central Florida region. In her new role, Carolina will be overseeing Bella Lago, a market rate community in Orlando. With over a decade of experience in property management, Carolina has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Carolina holds a degree in Marketing and Communications and brings a well-rounded, people-focused approach to every community she supports.
