Two Phases of Growth

The development will be built in two phases, each thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of active seniors.

• Phase One will feature 80 thoughtfully designed units, including:

  • 28 studios

  • 41 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments

  • 11 two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences

• Phase Two will add an additional 100 units, comprised of:

  • 36 studios

  • 50 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments

  • 14 two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences

Both phases will be housed in beautifully constructed wood-frame buildings designed to provide comfort, style, and functionality.
