Bryan Hollander
Managing Partner - Poplar Development Group
Bryan Hollander is Poplar Development Group's Managing Partner. He oversees the company's daily operations, growth strategy, and development pipeline. He also serves as Poplar's lead in public policy engagement and evaluation of capital opportunities.
Before founding Poplar Development Group, Bryan Hollander spent twelve years in various roles at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments, building a reputation for creatively structuring affordable housing investments utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). He led a team responsible for more than $1 billion of equity investments deployed to create $2.5 billion in multifamily development. Prior to Enterprise, he consulted developers, investors, and local governments as an associate at the real estate analytics firm RCLCO. Bryan holds a master's degree in city and regional planning from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC, he was a research assistant at the Center for Community Capital.
Bryan lives with his wife and three kids in Raleigh, North Carolina.
