Patricia Hart

Patricia graduated from Webster University with a Masters in Finance in 2009 and a BS Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida in 1999. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting in the affordable housing industry. Prior to joining Banyan Development Group, Patricia worked from 2003-2018 with Concord Management Ltd. There she started as a Property Accountant and advanced to the Senior Accounting Manager position. Patricia oversees all accounting functions for new developments and manages company financials.
