Kyle’s professional journey began after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida, where he developed a strong foundation in organizational strategy, operations, and business communication. His academic background has been a key driver in his ability to navigate the fast-paced and detail-oriented world of real estate development.


Before joining Banyan, Kyle spent over six years in the GovTech sector, where he supported public safety software products used by agencies across the country. His work spanned implementation support, product engagement, and cross-functional coordination, all within high-stakes, mission-critical environments. This experience sharpened his ability to adapt quickly, manage complex workflows, and build lasting partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.


Earlier in his career, Kyle also held roles in sales, lead generation, recruiting, and administration across industries such as IT, healthcare, publishing, and technical training. This multifaceted background has shaped his resourceful approach and reinforced his strengths in operational support and team collaboration.
