Through the Brain Health initiative led by K2 Med, senior residents received health screenings, wellness consultations, and educational resources designed to promote healthy living and preventive care. The event was coordinated in partnership with The Tree House Foundation, a long-standing community partner dedicated to supporting residents across AGPM-managed properties.

Fern Grove—one of Orlando’s newest affordable senior housing communities—not only provides safe and comfortable homes but also access to critical services that support overall well-being.

By setting up in a welcoming communal space, the K2 Med team made it easy for residents to access health resources without barriers. Residents appreciated the compassionate, personalized care and the opportunity to ask questions and receive trusted guidance in a familiar environment.

Even more exciting—additional Brain Health events with K2 Med are already in the works. In the coming months, senior residents at other AGPM communities across Florida will have the chance to benefit from this impactful health outreach initiative.

This event is a shining example of what’s possible when housing providers, nonprofit organizations, and healthcare partners come together with a shared goal: to uplift and empower the communities they serve.

Stay tuned for more updates as K2 Med and The Tree House Foundation continue to expand this important work across the AGPM portfolio.
