Hibiscus Phase II is coming along nicely! CMU blocks are going up next door to Brisas Del Sur Phase I, which we completed back in 2021. Phase II will add another 100 or so affordable residential units in the high-demand area of Ft. Meyers, FL! Hoping to commence pre-leasing operations in the next couple of months.
