Yanelis Valentin serves as the Special Projects Manager at AGPM, where she leads core Building Compliance initiatives, oversees Business Revenue Tax and Licensing processes, manages Capital Project budgeting and cash flow, and supports various Asset Management functions. With over five years of experience bridging project coordination and property management, Yanelis brings a dynamic and results-driven approach to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Before joining AGPM, Yanelis was a Project Manager at Prime Construction Group, Inc., where she was responsible for coordinating company bonds, insurance, and surety consents. She also managed all subcontractor and vendor relationships, overseeing project submittals, permitting, scheduling, and construction close-outs to ensure projects met both performance benchmarks and regulatory standards.

Earlier in her career, Yanelis gained valuable experience in renewable energy, property operations, and public infrastructure. As a Project Manager Assistant, she supported large-scale infrastructure initiatives by managing documentation, coordinating permits, and tracking progress using platforms like Primavera P6 and E-Builder. She also prepared RFIs, pay applications, and change orders while ensuring subcontractor compliance.

In her role as a Portfolio Associate, Yanelis streamlined property onboarding using tools such as Reno Walk and Otto, reducing onboarding time by 15% and improving leasing efficiency by 10%. Her commitment to operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and process improvement was evident in every aspect of her work.

Yanelis began her professional journey in the solar industry, where she facilitated residential installations, utility interconnections, and safety compliance. She also played a key role in developing service workflows in Salesforce and conducted weekly OSHA safety briefings.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Yanelis earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and her Master’s Degree in Communications from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. She is known for her organizational agility, collaborative mindset, and unwavering dedication to delivering impactful results across every project she touches.
