Tanya Olivo is the Executive Assistant at AGPM and is an integral part of business operations, acquisitions, refinances, and new construction endeavors with the company. Tanya also directly manages most aspects of insurance notification and claim management, including document recordings and retention, as well as interfacing with carriers, attorneys, and adjusters. She also serves as the AGPM Corporate Notary.

Prior to her tenure with AGPM, Tanya started her administrative career at Kensington Publishing Corporation in New York after completing her undergraduate studies in Business Management in 1996. At Kensington, she served in several different roles – including the Director of Sales Secretary and Sales Administrator prior to her career shift into the Multifamily Housing Industry.

Tanya joined AGPM in 2004 after relocating with her family from New York and that at time, she served as AGPM’s Office Administrator. Proving to be an asset, Tanya has made her way through the ranks to her current position as Executive Assistant to the Principals and Executive Team at AGPM.
