Nancy Koch is a seasoned financial operations leader with over 15 years of experience in accounts payable, utility management, and administrative oversight across the property management and corporate services sectors. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach to operational challenges, Nancy has consistently driven efficiency, accountability, and growth in every role she has held.
Currently serving as the Director of Accounts Payable & Cash Administration at AGPM in Orlando, Florida, Nancy oversees both the accounts payable department and the company's cash management functions. In this role, she has successfully led the rapid implementation of AvidXchange, streamlined payment cycles, strengthened vendor relationships, and improved internal financial controls to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Before advancing to her current position, Nancy held a critical leadership role as AGPM’s Utility Bill Manager for 12 years. She established the organization’s Utilities Department from the ground up, designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for utility account management across more than 80 properties. Her work included utility billing transitions, usage and cost analysis reporting, rebate recovery, and Energy Star compliance reporting to major stakeholders such as Fannie Mae and state agencies.
Throughout her career, Nancy has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing high-level analytical reports, financial insights, and strategic process improvements. She has collaborated closely with accounting teams on reconciliations, ACH and funds transfers, and the resolution of transactional discrepancies, all while training staff and developing process documentation to ensure long-term operational consistency.
Nancy’s background includes additional experience in office management, law enforcement data entry, and award-winning customer service in the telecommunications sector. Her broad professional foundation is complemented by certifications in Accounts Payable Management from the University of Central Florida and a B.A. in English with a minor in Sociology from Rutgers University.
