Milan supports AGPM with all aspects of Human Resources and has over 25 years of diverse HR and Operations Leadership experience.
He has held various operational and HR positions with several Fortune 500 companies (including Bank of America, Chase, and CNA). At Bank of America, Milan held key leadership positions in Credit, Collections and Marketing before moving into Human Resources, where he was awarded Manager of the Year for his efforts at a regional start-up operation. At Chase, Milan helped lead HR efforts at a regional operations center from its inception to maturity with over 2,500 employees. While at CNA, Milan held key positions in HR, Operations and Project Management.
Milan also held key positions for entrepreneurial, start-up, and small to mid-sized companies and since 2011, Milan ran his own HR Consulting Firm, One Source HR and Risk Solutions. During this time, Milan provided consulting expertise to nearly 100 clients, ranging across many industries including: Architecture, Construction, Engineering, HealthCare, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Restaurants and Retail. The clients have ranged in size from 10 to over 7,000 employees. Services provided have included: Compensation Planning, Employee Handbooks, Employee Relations, Executive Coaching, FMLA/Leave of Absence Administration, HR Audits and Compliance, HR/Legal Training, HR/Payroll Software Implementation, Leadership Training, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Specialized Recruiting and Terminations.

Milan possesses a B.S in Economics from Penn State.
