Chief Operating Officer, Partner

Michael Prush is the Chief Operating Officer and Partner of AGPM. Michael maintains oversight of all business and operational aspects of AGPM, including organizational structure, strategic planning, and corporate initiatives. Michael also oversees AGPM’s Management Support Services for real estate operations, including Technology & Business Systems, Special Projects, Asset Management, Social Services, Affordable Housing Compliance, Marketing/Advertising, and Leasing operations.

Throughout Michael’s career, he specialized in stabilizing newly acquired, distressed assets and re-positioning them as best-in-class products in the local and/or national market. Prior to his tenure at AGPM, Michael served as Vice President for the management and operations subsidiary of L+M Development Partners, LLC – the 4th most active real estate developer in the U.S. and ranked in the Top 25 on Affordable Housing Finance’s Top 50 Developers list nationally. From 2012 – 2022; he had a role in almost all of L+M’s preservation efforts, which included the acquisitions and rehabilitation of multifamily assets totaling over $4 billion in development costs as the company grew from 5,000 units to over 25,000 during that period. He has worked on and oversaw the physical and financial repositioning of tax credit developments, Decouplings, RAD conversions, LIHTC Syndications / Re-Syndications, Public Housing/PACT Privatization Acquisitions, and distressed Mitchell-Lama housing. Michael also oversaw the openings, lease-up, and stabilization of newly constructed mixed-income, master-plan, market-rate, and affordable assets while also remaining critically involved in the underwriting and physical design of 12 award-winning multifamily developments – ranging from 200 units to 2,100 units each.

Prior to his executive-level roles in operations, Michael served in various managerial roles in both Capital Project Management and Property Management with Tishman Speyer Properties and oversaw over $300 million in hard-cost capital projects during his tenure. Michael is also a former decorated U.S. Army Officer having served in various command and staff-level positions during his eight years of commissioned service.
