Kavisha McCranie is an accomplished tax professional with over 13 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in real estate taxation and strategic planning. She currently serves as the Tax Director at AGPM, bringing a wealth of expertise in multi-tiered partnership structures, tax credit opportunities, and cost segregation strategies.
Kavisha earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate from Florida State University in 2010. She began her career at Thomas Howell Ferguson, PA in Tallahassee, Florida, where she gained comprehensive experience in tax compliance and consulting. In 2016, she joined CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP in Orlando, Florida, where she spent eight years advising clients in the real estate investment and development space. Her work focused on tax planning, strategic business advisory, and compliance for complex real estate partnerships.
She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both Florida and Georgia and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA).
