Glori Cordova

Glori Cordova is the Director of Property Management – overseeing the operations teams in Southern Florida, Florida Keys, and Central Florida. Additionally, she oversees all marketing, advertising, and lease-up operations for new-construction assets. Glori also manages and/or remains directly involved in critical design and interior/exterior finish-selection for all new-construction assets developed by our affiliate Banyan Development Group, LLC. Her expertise in this area results in an outstanding and premier product in the market that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Glori joined AGPM in 2009, and during her 13-year tenure, she held various non-managerial and senior-managerial roles; including, but not limited to Leasing Consultant, Occupancy Specialist, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Area Manager before being appointed to her current corporate role with AGPM. Glori specializes in opening and stabilizing new-construction assets, as well as maximizing revenue and equity value on existing stabilized assets in highly competitive regions throughout Florida.

Prior to her career at AGPM, Glori served honorably with distinction as a member of the United States Airforce from 2003 – 2009, where she worked closely with high-ranking officials in US Central Command & US Special Operations Command facilities during her deployment to Kandahar, Afghanistan. She was also selected to serve as part of the security detail for President George W. Bush on several occasions.

Glori earned her Florida Real Estate License in 2014 and her exemplary bilingual proficiency in Spanish has allowed AGPM to provide excellent service to a wider range of developments, partners, and vendors alike.
