Successful candidates will possess the following skills/experience:
Education, Training, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of related experience in architecting, building, integrating, securing, and deploying enterprise systems required.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience managing information technology team required.
Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Experience cloud implementation and support experience preferred.
Experience implementing and supporting enterprise systems such as operational workflow platforms, Finance and Accounting, Human Capital Management, and payroll is required.
Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management ticketing systems is required.
Deep expertise with scrum-agile development framework
Strong understanding of technology strategic planning and project portfolio management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products and virtual meeting tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
Ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of organizational change management (OCM) and managing change.
Strong vendor relations and negotiation skills
