Successful candidates will possess the following skills/experience:


Education, Training, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience in architecting, building, integrating, securing, and deploying enterprise systems required.

  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience managing information technology team required.

  • Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Experience cloud implementation and support experience preferred.

  • Experience implementing and supporting enterprise systems such as operational workflow platforms, Finance and Accounting, Human Capital Management, and payroll is required.

  • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management ticketing systems is required.

  • Deep expertise with scrum-agile development framework

  • Strong understanding of technology strategic planning and project portfolio management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products and virtual meeting tools (MS Teams, Zoom)

  • Ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong knowledge of organizational change management (OCM) and managing change.

  • Strong vendor relations and negotiation skills
