Phase 2 of Hibiscus of coming along nicely and will add another ~100 multifamily units to the Ft. Meyers, FL area directly adjacent to Brisas del Sur - a community we developed back in 2021 and continue to operate to this day. Phase 2 is situated on around 7 acres and will consist of 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR affordable housing units will incredible finishes.
