Woodlock Manor Apartments Future Development

The proposed Woodlock Manor senior, multifamily, transit-oriented, affordable-housing development will consist of a 4-story, energy-efficient, wood-frame apartment building with elevator(s) housing 80 units, a management office, a fitness room, and a large gathering room. Grounds will include outdoor recreation such as a dog park, walking trails, outdoor seating, etc.

Woodlock Manor is located south of Kissimmee, Florida in Osceola County off South Orange Blossom Trail and is walking distance (less than half a mile) to the Poinciana SunRail Station, allowing residents to easily travel to 16 different train stations throughout Osceola, Orange, Seminole, and Volusia County.

Woodlock Manor will be “green”-certified with rooftop solar photovoltaic panels powering all common electric needs and drought-resistant, native Florida landscaping throughout.

Woodlock Manor will serve low-income to very low-income senior tenants in the area ranging from 70% area median income (AMI) to 30% AMI utilizing 9% low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC).
