Yes We Are Open Image

We know some of you may be concerned about the spread of COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus) being reported in the media and how it may impact us here at the communities.  Ensuring residents are served in a safe and healthy environment along with the safety of our employees is our greatest concern.  The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have recommended a variety of steps that we are implementing to help reduce the potential for the virus to enter our community, common areas, or apartment homes.

Updates will be shared via the resident portal or you can check in here for news updates, resident updates and resources.

AGPM cares about all residents and is concerned for everyone’s safety and health.  As the coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve and impact all of our daily routines, both personally and professionally, AGPM is sharing some changes needed and put your mind at ease and share the action steps we are taking below:

For everyone’s safety and well-being AGPM has postponed all resident activities, events, outings and/or gatherings at all communities until further notice.

The Amenities at each community have been closed and will remain closed until further notice.  If applicable Laundry Rooms will remain open.

The leasing office will be closing the doors, limiting access to employees only to reduce human interactions and spreading of germs/viruses.  However, someone will be available to assist with any and all concerns via telephone, please call or email the leasing office during normal business hours.

Please use the resident portal to enter service request and/or pay rent at  If utilizing the online resident portal is not viable, please call the leasing office during business hours and someone will make an arrangement to pick up or have you drop off your money order payment for rent.

Renewal and Lease Re-certification lease signings will be conducted following these steps:
