
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Support Coordinator will be responsible for answering the phone and greeting guests, assisting with vendor management program, replacement reserves, Housing Authority payments, data entry and updates. The Project Support Coordinator will assist with transition items and other projects or duties as deemed necessary.

Financial

Assist as needed with replacement reserves.

Housing Authority receipt monthly postings.

Vendor Café/Vendor Shield project management/support.

Additional support of Accounting and Accounts Payable departments.
Administrative
-
Greet all visitors and answer the telephone.

Collect, sort and distribute mail/packages daily.

Assist in the development, design, and implementation of new technology initiatives and projects including but not limited to, documentation, testing, training per company policy and procedures, coordination, rollout, and evaluation.

Participate as needed in various group meetings, with the ability to take a leadership role, if necessary, on a project.

Maintain current understanding of related industry and training related fields through participation in relevant conferences, seminars, and relevant organization activities.

Perform various projects and assignments; assist with property audits, due diligence, and property transitions as deemed necessary.

Various administrative duties as deemed necessary such as, maintaining contact lists, property name tags/badge requests and general administrative duties.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: 2-year associates degree
Experience: One to two years related experience and property management knowledge, Yardi knowledge and understanding, support role experience is a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must know or be able to grasp the management database system (Yardi). Must be proficient with a calculator.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
